Convensa wins the first phase of the renewal of detours of the AV Madrid-Seville line

Convensa has been the winner of the first phase of renewal of detours of the AV Madrid-Seville line. ADIF awarded the works included in the project for the renewal of detours of the Madrid-Seville line phase 1 for a value close to 18 million euros.

The scope of the works includes the renewal of 63 of the 319 detours of the line and its scope of action is located in various stations and overtaking posts (PAET) located on the line.

The Madrid-Seville line was inaugurated in April 1.992 and this action is included in the comprehensive renovation that is being undertaken on it, this being the first action of this type to be carried out in the Iberian Peninsula.

This award is in addition to the maintenance work that Convensa has been carrying out for two years on the oldest Spanish high-speed line in our networ.
