Convensa, a company specialized in railway projects of the FCC Group, has signed its I Equality Plan. Last year the company celebrated its 50th anniversary and with the signing of this Plan it ratifies its will to make effective equal opportunities between women and men and the adoption of the necessary preventive and corrective measures so that in our organization it cannot occur discrimination based on sex.
