Convensa, Contratas y Ventas invests in the training of its employees with the aim of continuously promoting a better performance of their duties and promoting new development opportunities for employees throughout their career.

The Training Department develops the training plans of the company, detecting the needs, coordinating both those responsible for the training and the attendees, facilitating the logistics of the events and evaluating the degree of satisfaction and the level of use. It also manages timely and external training, prepares and distributes texts, maintains personnel databases and processes bonuses and grants for ongoing training.

The training hours in 2018 that have registered of Convensa staff have been 473 hours and 500 hours in 2019 (from 1st January to 30th August).
